What we ask your consent for
- Marketing communications - newsletters, product launches, webinar invitations and industry reports by e-mail.
- Optional product analytics - non-essential usage telemetry used to improve feature discoverability. Essential telemetry does not require consent.
- Customer reference - listing your company logo on our website, solely with your prior written consent.
What we do not ask consent for
Processing activities tied to the performance of your subscription contract, legal obligations and fraud prevention are carried out on other lawful bases and do not require your consent. These are described in the Privacy Notice.
How you grant or withdraw consent
You can grant consent for each purpose independently in the Account → Communications settings page. You can withdraw consent at any time from the same page or by e-mailing . Withdrawal has no effect on processing carried out before the withdrawal, or on processing based on other legal grounds.
No bundling
Subscribing to the platform, accessing your reports and receiving support do not require any of the optional consents above. A clear dissociation of the contract from marketing consent is preserved.
