- Upload material that is illegal, infringes third-party intellectual property, contains malware designed to damage our infrastructure, or has no lawful purpose.
- Use the Services to develop or enhance a competing product, or to reverse-engineer our detection rules.
- Circumvent usage quotas, resell access without written authorisation, or share credentials outside your organisation.
- Interfere with the Services' operation, attempt to access other tenants' data.
- Use the Services for surveillance of individuals, harassment, or activities that violate human rights.
Consequences
Violations may result in suspension or termination of Services, forfeiture of fees, disclosure to law enforcement where legally required, and claims for damages.
